Helpful reminder. I am confused about what types of magnesium to take and how much to begin with. Also some individuals have issues with other minerals such a potassium, calcium and even salt.
There are so many different types of magnesium available - at least 7. You mentioned mag sulfate and mag citrate. What about Magnesium L-Threonate? Mag carbonate? Does it matter? Are all easily absorbed? Thank you for this excellent video and information!
Thanks for this Dr. Mobeen. What do you think about the role of potassium ? We need more potassium than sodium by a 2 to 1 margin, and much more than magnesium, I think 4 times as much. I have become very aware of it as it is good for heart and muscles with 80 % going there. Athletes probably need the most, but protein is always emphasized. Americans get on average too much sodium in relation to potassium. As you know they are both need as our cells are little batteries ! I recently became aware that we are electromagnetic beings !!
I also love coffee as it contains phytomelotonin and by a lot more than the next best thing. I drink decaf. It helps me tremendously with digestion. Which has slowed post shot. It reminded me how rainy NW states supposedly have coffee shops everywhere !
