Too bad there is no one with deep pockets to pursue the case. By settling the case, not only does FDA admit no wrongdoing, but there will be no discovery process to expose all the undue influencing FDA might have done to pharmacies and medical licensing boards and also any censorship it might have exercised contrary to the 1st Amendment.

Too bad indeed. Near the end of the posted video ... I semi quote "... all the legal aspects of this case are resolved EXCEPT the harm done ..."

While it is good that the FDA was forced to back off a bit the harm done is the whole ball game. So it's a win, but a hollowed out win (IMO). Lives were lost and surely lives were unnecessarily altered, perhaps permanently, because of the harm done to bodies that endured an extended raging-on of the C19 infection due to lack of early effective treatment by things like Ivermectin. IMO there is not the kind of teeth to make them stop because their goal was achieved. No real consequence so no real incentive to not do something similar again should the need arise.

Exactly as Burke mentioned completely ignores HARM done FDA not culpable. It is responsible for many deaths, yet fda gets off Scott free. Sickening
