FDA To Delete Ivermectin Posts
They will delete and never republish these posts within 21 days

Remember FDA was sued by Dr. Bowden, Dr. Apter, and Dr. Marik for the Ivermectin 'Horse' posts. FDA and the plaintiffs have agreed to settle the lawsuit. As part of the agreement FDA will remove Ivermectin and COVID related posts from X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and from their own site within 21 days.
5th circuit judges had found Dr. Bowden to be in good standing to proceed with the case while excluded Dr. Apter and Dr. Marik. However, before the case proceeded further FDA requested to settle.
FDA has admitted no wrongdoing and maintain that they have a right to communicate with the public about medical topics (paraphrasing from their statement to Newsweek.)

Too bad there is no one with deep pockets to pursue the case. By settling the case, not only does FDA admit no wrongdoing, but there will be no discovery process to expose all the undue influencing FDA might have done to pharmacies and medical licensing boards and also any censorship it might have exercised contrary to the 1st Amendment.
