Happy Holidays Dr. Been!

Thank you for your continued 🎁for humanity❣️

I Finally got COVID for the first time. I’m unvaccinated and have no co-morbidities, but am over 60. I did the protocol and am doing well. I just notice a little off-balance feeling, although it isn’t too bad. I plan to continue w/the nutraceuticals, but not in high doses.Isn’t Curcumin good to prevent clotting? How long after COVID does FLCCC recommend it be taken?

I plan to continue my 1% povodone mouthwash and a 1% povodone iodine spray only 2x daily now, instead of 3x daily. Do you think that dosage is generally safe for those who are not pregnant or don’t have hyperthyroidism❓

Mortality at 30 days was 6.5% in the zinc group and 9.2% in the placebo group seems very high for covid...

If anyone is taking zinc regularly remember zinc and COPPER need to be BALANCED. It is ss important to speak to a professional before you embark on a supplement binge

I found that zinc almost immediately eliminated the worst symptoms of my mercury poisoning (I ordered way too much canned herring in 2020). I felt a cool feeling in my spine and I was able to relax and write a fanfic which I haven't done in a while. It was a calcium magnesium and zinc supplement but I already had calcium and magnesium and they did nothing. It was zinc bisglycinate which is the quickest to absorb which is how I noticed it (I had on occasion taken multivitamins with zinc which made me feel better but not immediately).

I think taking too much zinc made my nerves funny though, like I would get this false impression of something moving in the corner of my eye and it would give me a nerve pain afterward. Remember to take copper as well. Dietary zinc:copper ratio is ideally between 8:1 and 12:1. Only animal based foods have this ideal ratio, with the exception of invertebrates such as crab, lobster, shrimp, and calamari which have copper-based heme molecules in their blood which makes the copper level higher.
