Urolithin A Reduces Inflammation
Role of Foods, Fruits, Microbiota, and Gut Health and Inflammation
We discussed the amazing molecule Urolithin A. This molecule triggers autophagy to reduce inflammation, triggers mitophagy to heal mitochondrial disease, and triggers lysophagy to improve cell's recycling activities. The result is better neuronal protection, better muscle strength and efficiency, and reduced inflammation. In cancer cells this molecule triggers apoptosis leading to reduced cancer cell viability or death.
Thank you for joining me on zoom to learn about this molecule. References for the talk are following.
